Restorers Traditional Trunk Lifter Handle

I have emailed you TWICE before this email. I am getting more and more aggravated with your company. I need to return the product I bought. The picture in your website depicts a different color of the handles than what they really are. That was disappointing but what I’m angry about is your lack of response to two emails requesting information on how to return these handels. So please respond to THIS email to simply informing me how to return these handels.

The handels I received are not the color that was depicted on line. The handels I received are black. The handels on line show a rustic bronze color. I went back to make sure I ordered the right handels. At that point I noticed down in the product details that they are actually black. That’s fine except the picture shows a rustic bronze color . So what do you go by. Now I’m stuck. I need to have these handels installed in two days for a gift.

Exactly what was needed. Plan to pay about double because of shipping charges.

Shipped and received promptly. Well made. The 7" model should be mounted with 6 screws instead of 4. Bail handle should be heavier (larger diameter cross section) on the 7" model. Overall I was pleased with the handles and they were a match for my 100 year hand made chest.

I think it is pretty good for a 6 buck handle. I did not have the problem with the oily finish that others have commented on. I will say that distance between the handle pivots are much closer together than in the photograph. It comes with slot head screws instead of philips which is nice (nothing uglier than philips!)
